Salicylic Acid (BHA)

Refunds and Exchanges

You have 30 days to request a refund if the product is in its original condition. The return must be approved by our customer service team and include a return authorization number. Both the receipt and delivery slip must be provided. Please note that online exchanges are not accepted.

Purchases Made with Klarna

Returns through Klarna must be completed within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fees will be applied, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
