We accept payments via American Express (Amex), Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. Shipping is free for all orders of $100 CAD or more before taxes. For orders under $100 CAD, shipping fees apply. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, and you will be notified by email if there is a delay.

You have 30 days to request a refund if the product is in its original condition. The return must be approved by our customer service team and include a return authorization number. Both the receipt and delivery slip must be provided. Please note that online exchanges are not accepted.

Returns through Klarna must be completed within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fees will be applied, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Products must be mailed back with a return authorization number, the original receipt, and the delivery slip. Exchanges in stores or pharmacies are not allowed.
