Refund policy
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability may change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If one of the products ordered becomes out of stock after the transaction is completed, we will notify you by email. The out-of-stock product will be removed from your order and the price of that product will be refunded to you. Crescita assumes no responsibility in the event of a stock shortage or for any damages resulting from or caused by delivery delays.
PRICES AND SALES TAXES
Prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD $), do not include taxes, and may change without notice. The official amount of your order, including taxes, will be provided to you in the confirmation email once your order has been placed on the Site.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We only accept credit cards issued in Canada by Visa™ and MasterCard™.
Shipping is free for orders of $100 CAD or more before taxes. For orders under $100 CAD, shipping fees apply. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. Should your product require additional time due to availability, we will notify you by email of any expected delay.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Within 15 days of completing any transaction on the Site, we will send you an order confirmation email including the total price of your order and the detailed terms of the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction without obligation to provide justification. If we cancel your transaction, a notice will be sent by email to the address provided.
We also reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors. Generally, when we cancel a transaction, the charge is not applied to your credit card. If it has been applied, we will refund the amount or issue a credit to your card.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Purchases made between November 21 and December 7, 2025
All purchases made during this period are considered final sale.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product.
For a refund outside this period, the product must be in the same condition as when it was originally received. You have 30 days to submit your refund request.
All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team. A return authorization number is required and will be provided to you during the return process. Returned product(s) must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and packing slip.
Online exchanges are not accepted.
Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
❗ Exception – Purchases Made via Klarna
In accordance with Klarna’s policy, customers who made their purchase using Klarna are entitled to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
No restocking fees may be applied to returns made via Klarna, and in-store exchanges or credits are not permitted for these purchases.
Please follow this policy when processing Klarna returns.

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75 CAD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued automatically to the credit card used at the time of purchase. A copy of the credit will be emailed to you.
Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges at pharmacies, spas, or aesthetic clinics.
Any product purchased from resellers (including but not limited to authorized online retailers, spas, aesthetic clinics, etc.) is not covered by our return policy and will not be accepted.
SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
PRODUCTS WITH “NPN” OR “DIN”
Products containing a Natural Product Number (NPN) or a Drug Identification Number (DIN), such as sunscreen products, are non-refundable.
ALLERGIES / SKIN REACTIONS
We understand that, in rare cases, a product may not be suitable for your skin type. In such cases, Crescita will refund the product that caused the skin reaction. All reactions must be reported within 48 hours of product use by calling 1-800-361-0352. Crescita reserves the right to request a doctor’s note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
When you receive your order, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the outer box to show some wear.
However, if any items inside the package are damaged, please contact us by email at info@ldrenaud.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. For faster service, please provide:

ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Although we take great care regarding product information displayed on our Site, occasional errors (price, description, etc.) may occur.
CRESCITA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT THESE ERRORS WITHOUT BEING OBLIGATED TO HONOR THE TERMS DISPLAYED IN ERROR.
If such a situation occurs, rest assured that we will correct the information as soon as possible and contact you if you have already ordered the affected item.
