Terms & Conditions of Participation

This program is not an advertising contest. It is a referral program connecting interested consumers with partner esthetic institutes of Laboratoire Dr Renaud (the \"Partner Institutes\"). Participation in this program does not guarantee receipt of a complimentary skin assessment.

Complete the participation form by providing your contact information and selecting the Partner Institute of your choice. No purchase is required to participate. Your application will be forwarded directly to the selected Partner Institute.

Each Partner Institute reviews the applications it receives and independently decides, based on its availability and capacity, whether to offer a complimentary professional skin assessment to the applicant. Laboratoire Dr Renaud does not intervene in this decision and cannot guarantee that an assessment will be offered to you.

When a Partner Institute chooses to follow up on an application, it offers a professional skin assessment valued at approximately $100 CAD, at no cost and with no purchase obligation for the participant. Appointment scheduling is arranged directly between the participant and the Partner Institute.

Regardless of the Partner Institute’s decision, all eligible participants will receive a 10% discount applicable on the Laboratoire Dr Renaud website, delivered through brand communications. This discount is subject to the terms and conditions in effect on the website.

By participating, you consent to having your contact information shared with the Partner Institute you selected, solely for the purpose of following up on your application. Subscription to the Laboratoire Dr Renaud newsletter is optional and separate. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Laboratoire Dr Renaud acts solely as an intermediary between the participant and the Partner Institute. The brand cannot be held responsible for a Partner Institute’s decision not to follow up on an application, or for the quality of services rendered by that institute.

Laboratoire Dr Renaud reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, without prior notice, without incurring any liability toward participants.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
